Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Ltd. has a state of art technology for manufacturing PVC Rigid Film. The calendering plant is imported from RODOLFO COMERIO, Italy and supported by two imported and one indigenous slitting machines.

The calender is of 5 roll type with an Inverted configuration.

The installed capacity of the plant is 1000 tonnes per month. The thickness of the product ranges between 200 micron to 600 micron and width ranges between 65 mm to 2000 mm and the colours are as per the customers’ requirements.

The film is used for packaging applications in medicines, food articles and for packaging of articles such as toys, tooth paste, tooth brushes, etc. The film’s other wide-spread use is in stationery material.
