Force Two - Mr.Mahesh K. Shah ; an eminent industrialist and a great visionary is  the Chairman and Managing Director of the Samsons Group. Backed by an innovative and conceptual thinking; He is the inspiration for the Group’s successful expansion and growth programmes. He is a Vice President of PLASTINDIA FOUNDATION.

Force Three - Mr.Vinod K. Shah ; a technocrat having more than 25 years of industrial experience is an Executive Director, looking after the Operations & Production of the entire Group’s Works. He is the brain wave of Group’s modernized plants with state-of-the-art technology installed at all its plants.

Force Four  : Since the Motor Hood Depot days; Mr. Deepak Motasha has been a hardcore marketing person who knows the right pulse of the Indian market, both Artificial Leathercloth & Vinyl Floorings. He is an Executive Director, looking after the Domestic Marketing and Sales of the entire Group.

Force Five - Mr.Mukesh A. Motasha ; known as an International Marketing savvy, technologist in PVC by qualifications. He commands International Market presence of the group in over 63 countries! The 'King Is On The Move' is  typically said about him, for his incredible contribution in the Export market! He is an Executive Director  International Marketing.

Force  Six - Mr.Jayesh A. Motasha ; with an experience of almost 20 plus years in Material Management; he’s actively engaged in imports of raw material & chemical auxiliaries required by all the plants. As an Executive Director Finance he is the backbone of the entire system. He is a Managing Director too, of Vijayjyot Seats Pvt. Limited.
