1.  Leathercloth business
Infusion of new generation team started from 1971 and in 1978 we were the first in India to introduce Transfer Coating Line by innovative designing of the machine and building our own machine.That was the turning point for the Group and the turnover of the group  increased leaps and bounds.

The period 1978 to 1984 was a Golden Era of National Leather Company, where it became a market leader in the segment of Artificial Leathercloth industry. The domestic and export sales went on multiplying and in the mid-nineties, NLC became India’s largest exporter of Leathercloth, exporting to more than sixty countries including Europe, Middle East, Far East and the African countries.The company received ISO-9002 for all it work and was the First Indian Company to achieve these Standards in Artificial Leathercloth Industry.

To meet with the ongoing demands, the company setup an additional unit Vinyroyal Plasticoates Pvt. Ltd. (VRPL) at Baska in 1993, in Taluka Halol, near Baroda, Gujarat. NLC was merged into VRPL and the brand is famous by the name Royal Touch.

2.  CVF  RCVP was born
Cushion Vinyl Floorings a new concept introduced globally, while India was still untouched of the new global trend of  Vinyl flooring , Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited [RCVP] were the pioneer in bringing the concept home. The Group ventured into this business with a technical collaboration from 'Gerland’ of France, a new plant was commissioned at Baska for a 2 mtr. width  Cushion Vinyl Flooring. The company embarked on its first export to the then USSR in 1986 and eventually ventured into markets of UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Australia, Germany, Scandinavia and France.RCVP started to move at a much faster pace by participating in international trade fairs like  ‘Domotex’ and many more.

RCVP went public in 1993 and from 1994 onwards went all out in the manufacturing and marketing of various types of Vinyl Floorings Rigid films, et al. and the brand is famous by the name Royal House.

The company set up additional two plants which spread across 130 acres of  land, at Garadia, Halol, Gujarat which was commissioned from 1996-97 onwards, for the manufacture of Vinyl Floorings.

3.  Seating business
Vijayjyot Seats Pvt. Ltd (VSL) is one of the largest seat manufacturing companies  in India and was incorporated in the year 1989. The company provides a complete seating system for Leading Car manufacturers, Luxury buses, State Road Transport Corporations, Indian Railways and also to Cinema, Multiplexes and Auditoriums. The Company has State - Of - Art manufacturing facilities at Halol near Baroda, Gujarat and its products are marketed under the brand name Royal Comfort.  The company has acquired technical know-how from some of the renowned giants in this field around the globe.
